Celebrity Inspiration

If you’re like me, you probably have a celebrity or two in mind that you would love to look like. Personally I think that’s totally fine as long as you 1) don’t obsess about it and 2) don’t try to look like someone with a completely different body type or frame than you. For example, I love Keira Knightley and think she is stunning, but I know that the only way I could ever look like her is by not eating enough and that’s just no good.

My favorite celebrity fitspo is Jessica Biel. We have similar hourglass figures and we both workout regularly. I love that she has an athletic body, but she can still pull off a feminine style. I think she’s one of the few famous women whose body type I can identify with and who I suspect is actually living a healthy lifestyle. My measurements are 34D-29-36 and hers are 36C-25-35, so we’re very close in everything other than waist sizes. I’m not one to obsess over getting the numbers exactly right because I can’t spot reduce and ultimately my body will lose weight where it wants to. The point of looking at celebrities for inspiration (or anyone, for that matter) shouldn’t be to have the exact weight or measurements as them because as is often said in the fitblr community, everyone is different!

I LOVE JESSICA!
